ASML led Mistral AI’s €1.7 billion Series C with a €1.3 billion investment, taking about 11 percent on a fully diluted basis at an €11.7 billion post-money valuation. The two signed a long-term deal to explore using Mistral’s models across ASML’s products, research and operations, and ASML’s CFO Roger Dassen joined Mistral’s strategic committee.
