Meta launched the Meta Enterprise Platform, which Mark Zuckerberg called the next major pillar of its business, to sell its AI stack to companies: the Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, a Muse API and Muse Code among others. Chirantan “CJ” Desai joins as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer reporting to Zuckerberg; he was chief executive of MongoDB, led product and engineering at Cloudflare and spent nearly eight years at ServiceNow, including as president and chief operating officer. No pricing, customers or model versions were given.

Why it matters

Meta is entering enterprise AI sales directly, against the labs it has mostly competed with on open weights.
