NVIDIA released Nemotron 3 Ultra, a 550-billion-parameter hybrid Mamba-Transformer mixture-of-experts model with 55 billion active parameters, and published its weights, training data and recipes, moving Nemotron to the Linux Foundation’s OpenMDW-1.1 licence. NVIDIA claimed five times the throughput of comparable open models.
