Egypt’s National Council for Artificial Intelligence published the second edition of its National AI Strategy for 2025-2030, which aims to build a national foundation model for industry, strengthen AI governance, data, infrastructure and skills, and position Egypt as an AI leader in Africa and the Arab region.
