Wellness and Oversight for Psychological Resources Act (HB 1806, Public Act 104-0054)

Prohibits offering therapy or psychotherapy in Illinois unless delivered by a licensed professional, and bars licensed professionals from letting AI make independent therapeutic decisions, communicate therapeutically with clients, or generate treatment plans without professional review.
